Deposits:


Some services may require a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.


Cancellations:


We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours may result in a cancellation fee or forfeited deposit.


No-Shows & Late Arrivals:


Failure to show or arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice may result in a reduced service time or cancellation without refund.

You authorize our team to operate and access your vehicle for the purpose of performing detailing services.We are not responsible for mechanical or electrical issues unrelated to the services we provide.Pre-existing conditions, paint imperfections, and wear-and-tear are not covered by any warranty.Personal items should be removed prior to service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged belongings left in the vehicle. Specialty services (e.g., ceramic coatings, deep stain removal, Paint Protection Film, Window Tint or Vinyl Wrap) carry risks that will be discussed with you prior to the service.
